Executive subscription: executive management advisory, monthly review and priority channel
The Executive subscription provides executive management advisory to senior management teams facing investment, institutional relations or crisis issues. Each month, it includes four sessions, including a 90-minute management review, and fifteen written questions. Answers are provided within three working days, or within 48 working hours for four urgent questions. A priority crisis channel and an annual assessment complete the arrangement. The commitment covers twelve months.

Situations suited to executive management advisory
- An investor in the establishment phase must make rapid decisions as the set-up progresses.
- The senior management of a mid-sized company follows several institutional issues and seeks continuous strategic guidance.
- A group exposed to a crisis risk wishes to have a rapid assessment channel.
- A company with high institutional exposure wishes to have a monthly management review.
- Several members of a management team need shared access to the tools and the interactive portal.
Process
- Subscription and scoping. The subscription begins with sign-up and the opening of the secure space. A two-hour scoping session then sets the framework for the support.
- Monthly volume. Each month, the subscriber has four sessions, including the 90-minute management review, and fifteen written questions. Each question covers a single topic; the answer is two pages at most.
- Response times. ASKonsult answers within three working days. For four questions flagged as urgent each month, however, the period is reduced to 48 working hours.
- Priority crisis channel. The channel ensures an assessment within 24 working hours, up to two activations per year. Subsequent support then falls under crisis support (C-23).
- Access to tools and the portal. The subscriber has access to all the operational tools in the catalogue. The subscriber also has five user accounts on the interactive portal.
- Annual assessment. Finally, a strategic orientation assessment concludes each year of subscription.
Deliverable
The deliverable of the subscription first comprises the written answers, at one topic per question. The session and monthly review records then document the points examined. A decision register also records the decisions of the management team. Finally, an annual strategic orientation assessment concludes each year. Answers are provided within three working days, or within 48 working hours for questions flagged as urgent.
Prerequisites
Executive management advisory requires the designation of a contact person from the management team. This person ensures the provision of the information relevant to each question. In addition, ASKonsult has access to the management information required for the monthly reviews. The response period therefore runs from receipt of the necessary information.
Frequently asked questions
How does the priority crisis channel work?
The priority channel ensures an assessment of the situation within 24 working hours. The subscriber has two activations per year. The channel is, however, limited to this assessment. Support to the crisis unit beyond the assessment falls under crisis support (C-23). The arrangement thus excludes any permanent on-call service.
How is a question flagged as urgent?
Each month, the subscriber may flag four questions as urgent. ASKonsult then answers them within 48 working hours. The other written questions follow the three-working-day period. Periods are expressed in working hours or working days and run from receipt of the relevant information. A crisis situation, for its part, falls under the priority channel.
What commitment period and what volume?
The executive management advisory of the Executive tier is based on a twelve-month commitment, with annual renewal. The monthly volume includes four sessions and fifteen written questions. This volume is fixed: unused questions are not carried over. Finally, the special terms specify the terms of renewal and termination.
What does access to the interactive portal include?
The interactive portal brings together the assistants for completing tools and frameworks and the interactive training courses. Access covers five named user accounts. The assistants explain the sections, clarify what is expected and check completeness. However, the assistance does not issue any opinion and does not make any recommendation. The firm then analyses and validates the prepared work.
Does the subscription cover consultations and packages?
No. Consultations and packages are subject to separate orders, according to the catalogue. The subscription covers continuous strategic guidance and the day-to-day questions of the management team. A defined question, on the other hand, calls for a consultation, while a topic requiring structured work calls for a package. In addition, representation and the drafting of legal instruments fall outside the scope.
Does the information provided remain confidential?
ASKonsult treats as confidential the information and management data provided by the management team. These items are exchanged only through the secure exchange space and are used solely for the purposes of the subscription. This obligation also survives the end of the relationship. Reciprocally, the subscriber undertakes the same discretion with regard to non-public tools and deliverables.
Which services complement the subscription?
A defined investment question falls under the investment consultation (C-10). A crisis situation falls, for its part, under the crisis consultation (C-17) or crisis support (C-23). In addition, the Strategic diagnostic and roadmap package (K-01) and the AI maturity assessment and governance package (K-22) are possible next steps.
Out of scope
The executive management advisory offered by this tier includes neither consultations nor packages, which are subject to separate orders. Support to the crisis unit beyond the assessment falls under crisis support. In addition, the subscription excludes any representation before an authority or a court, as well as the drafting of legal instruments. Finally, unused questions are not carried over.
