Privacy policy
Conditions for collecting and processing personal data transmitted through the askonsult.com website, in accordance with Law No. 09-08. Version of 8 October 2026. This English version is provided for information purposes; the French version prevails.
Data controller
Personal data collected on the askonsult.com website is processed by A.S Konsult', SARL AU with a share capital of MAD 300,000, Marrakech Trade Register 61253, whose registered office is located at Le Noyer C, n° 24, rue Ibn Sina, Guéliz — Marrakech. Processing is carried out under Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data collected
The contact form collects the following data: full name, organisation, position, email address, telephone number, nature and description of the request. Only the name, email address, nature and description of the request are mandatory.
No sensitive data within the meaning of Law No. 09-08 is requested. The transmission of documents or confidential information relating to a case takes place in exchanges following the first contact, not through the online form.
Purposes of processing
The data is used exclusively to review and handle the request, to conduct the preliminary diagnosis and for the exchanges that may precede a proposal. It is not used for unsolicited marketing, and is never sold or rented to third parties.
Processing is based on the consent given when submitting the form, through the box provided for that purpose.
Recipients
The data is intended for the firm's founder and, where the case requires, for the consultants and experts involved in the assignment, who are bound by the same duty of confidentiality. It may be technically processed by the providers responsible for hosting the website, routing emails and protecting the website against malicious access and unwanted submissions.
Storage and retention period
Requests sent through the form are not stored in the website's database: they are routed by email to the firm's mailbox. They are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where the request is not taken further, for a period not exceeding three years from the last exchange.
The website is hosted in Morocco by OVHcloud. Some technical providers may process data outside Morocco.
Rights of data subjects
In accordance with Law No. 09-08, every person has the right of access and rectification and the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data concerning them. These rights may be exercised by email at contact@askonsult.com or by post to the firm's registered office, with proof of identity.
Any complaint may be brought before the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
Security
Exchanges between the browser and the website are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. The firm implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality of the data transmitted to it.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the website or the legal framework. The version in force is the one published on this page.
