Executive Learning

The Executive Learning department designs and delivers executive training in Morocco for executives, managers, operational teams and public officials. Its instructional design starts from the organisation’s needs and the participants’ real situations.

Executive training in Morocco: situations addressed

The department first steps in when an organisation identifies a skills need. It also steps in for a capacity-building programme.

The fields covered mirror those of the firm: strategy, marketing, law, compliance, crisis management and institutions. The training courses thus reflect the firm's areas of practice.

Management topics also play an important role. They cover in particular recruitment, onboarding, the meaning of work and quality of working life.

In this respect, the founder spoke at ENCG Marrakech on the meaning of work for younger generations. The department belongs to the Public Affairs & Policies pole.

Approach and interventions

Each assignment starts with a preliminary diagnosis. The founder then leads every assignment directly.

Programmes range from short seminars to capacity-building cycles. Each programme leads to the award of a training certificate.

Interventions include in particular:

  • training needs analysis;
  • instructional design and programme development;
  • delivery of seminars and workshops;
  • tailored in-house training;
  • case studies and role plays;
  • learning assessment.

Tailored courses take place within the organisations themselves. Case studies and role plays draw on the participants' real situations. Learning assessment then measures what each participant has acquired.

The deliverables include a needs analysis, a programme, training materials and assessment tools. Finally, they include an assessment report and follow-up recommendations. In executive training in Morocco, this follow-up extends learning beyond the session.

Executive training in Morocco: related tools and services

  • Training, workshop and event consultation – Designing the format;
  • Organisation and management consultation – Roles, delegation, recruitment;
