Checking the compliance of an e-commerce website

The e-commerce website compliance checklist lists the points to be checked in Morocco and in the European Union. It is used before going live, then at each redesign. Indeed, online selling combines several regimes: consumer protection, distance contracts, electronic commerce, data and payment. In addition, requirements vary according to the country of the seller and that of the buyer.

The checklist serves before an online shop goes live or during a redesign. It also serves when a new market is opened, or before a compliance audit. In addition, it distinguishes sales to consumers established in Morocco from those aimed at the European Union.

It is intended, in particular, for online retailers and for marketing and digital departments. It also serves agencies that deliver e-commerce websites, as well as compliance officers.
