Situations addressed

The department works on conferences, panels, round tables and management seminars. It also facilitates consultation processes. Management seminars follow the same method of preparation and debrief.

Residents' participation forms a particular case. It indeed requires moving from consultation to shared decision-making.

In 2023, the founder thus moderated the panel “Retail Tech in Morocco: realities and emerging trends”. This panel took place during the Expo Day of the Moroccan Retail Tech Builder programme at UM6P. The work covered the design, speaker briefing sheets and run sheet, then the summary and recommendations.

The department belongs to the Public Affairs & Policies pole, which supports public institutions and private organisations.

Workshop facilitation and moderation: approach

Each assignment starts with a preliminary diagnosis. The founder then leads every assignment directly.

Workshop facilitation and moderation aim at a concrete result: bringing out positions, trade-offs or usable orientations. Each event then leads to a debrief that records contributions and next steps.

Interventions include in particular:

• design of conferences and panels;
• moderation of round tables;
• facilitation of strategic workshops;
• speaker preparation;
• design of materials and running order.

A scoping note first sets the objectives of the event. Speaker preparation then relies on individual briefing sheets and a shared run sheet.

The deliverables include a scoping note, a facilitation run sheet and speaker briefing sheets. Finally, they include a summary of proceedings, a record of decisions and recommendations.
