- A manager seeks a proven method to structure recurring work within the organisation.
- A project promoter wants to discover the firm’s approach before considering an individual service.
- An institutional officer wishes to update reference points on a theme related to their field of action.
- A management team wants to compare its questions with those of other participants, in a small-group setting.
Process
- Quarterly programme: the firm publishes the quarter’s workshop programme on its website. Each monthly session appears there with its theme.
- Online registration: the participant registers for the chosen session, asynchronously. Prior registration is a condition of access to the workshop.
- 60-minute workshop: this synchronous session first comprises a 40-minute presentation. It then continues with 20 minutes of questions from participants.
- Sending of documents: after the session, the firm finally sends the workshop slides to participants. It attaches the reference publication.
Deliverable
The deliverable comprises the workshop slides and the accompanying reference publication. The slides cover the presentation, analysis and method set out during the session. The reference publication then extends the theme covered. It comes from the firm’s publications, in particular its white papers. The firm sends these documents to registered participants after the workshop. They thus form a reusable working basis within the participant’s organisation.
Prerequisites
Participation requires prior registration for the chosen session. Data collected at registration is processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08. The participant has no supporting document or file to transmit. However, questions asked during the session concern the theme presented, not a particular situation.
Frequently asked questions
Does the workshop allow a particular situation to be examined?
No. The online group workshop covers a topical or methodological theme before a group. It therefore provides no answer to a particular situation. The 20 minutes of questions concern the theme presented. When a participant wishes to have their own situation examined, a consultation from the catalogue then takes over. The targeted consultation, for example, suits a single question formulated without documents.
How are the workshop themes and dates made known?
The firm publishes a quarterly programme on its website. This programme specifies the theme of each workshop and its date. One session is held each month, according to this calendar. The themes draw on the firm’s publications, which cover its four practice areas: strategy, investment, crisis management and public affairs. Registration then takes place online, session by session.
How many participants does the workshop bring together?
The workshop brings together no more than 25 participants. This small group makes it possible to devote 20 minutes to participants’ questions, after the 40-minute presentation. The audience includes in particular executives, managers, project promoters and officers of institutions. Each participant registers individually. Each then receives, on a personal basis, the slides and the reference publication.
Is the workshop recorded?
The firm distributes no recording of the workshop to non-registered persons. The session is indeed intended for the small group of registered participants. The deliverable, for its part, consists of the workshop slides and the reference publication. These documents remain the property of the firm and may be used only for the participant’s internal needs.
Is the registration fee deductible from a subsequent service?
Yes. The amount of the online group workshop is deductible from a consultation, package or subscription taken out within 30 days. The workshop thus constitutes a first contact with the firm’s method. It may then lead to a consultation, to the purchase of a tool from the catalogue or to the Essential subscription. The participant nevertheless remains the sole judge of whether such a next step is appropriate.
How is participants’ data processed?
The firm processes participants’ data in accordance with Law No. 09-08. Collection is limited to the declared purposes, with defined retention periods. Participants also have rights of access, rectification and objection. Finally, any email marketing requires their prior consent.
Does the online group workshop guarantee a result?
No. Like any service of the firm, the workshop is a obligation of means. It provides analysis, a method and answers to the questions asked on the theme presented. Each participant nevertheless remains the sole judge of how to apply these elements within their organisation. A consultation makes it possible, where appropriate, to examine a particular situation.
Out of scope
The online group workshop provides no answer to a particular situation. This type of request falls under the consultations in the catalogue. Furthermore, the workshop gives rise to no recording distributed to non-registered persons. The formula is therefore limited to the presentation, participants’ questions and the sending of the session documents.
