Discovery package: a catalogue tool and guided onboarding
The discovery package combines a catalogue tool with guided onboarding. The tool can be downloaded immediately. A 20-minute videoconference is then held at least 7 days after booking (priority slot possible within 5 working days). It covers reading the structure, completing the first sections and the points of attention. The client keeps the tool and also receives a record of the points of attention.

20-minute session set at least 7 days after the order (priority slot within 5 working days, without a right of withdrawal)
Situations suited to guided onboarding
- The manager of a very small business acquires a tool from the catalogue and wishes to understand its structure quickly.
- An administrative and financial manager must complete a tool and wants to identify the sensitive sections.
- The manager of an SME is unsure how to begin completing the first sections.
- A team wishes to get more out of a tool already chosen, rather than discovering it alone.
- An administrative manager wants to secure the start-up of a tool before rolling it out internally.
Process
- Choice of tool: the client selects a tool from the catalogue, among references P-01 to P-37 and O-03 to O-09. This choice then determines the content of the session.
- Immediate download: the tool becomes available as soon as the order is validated. The client then reviews it asynchronously before the session.
- 20-minute videoconference: this synchronous session is held at least 7 days after booking (priority slot possible within 5 working days). It covers the structure of the tool, the first sections and the points of attention.
Deliverable
The deliverable comprises two elements. First, the selected catalogue tool, downloaded immediately and kept by the client. Second, a record of the points of attention drawn up on the basis of the 20-minute session. This record flags the sections that call for particular care during completion. The session is held at least 7 days after booking (priority slot possible within 5 working days). The client thus has a tool and a written reference point for continuing the completion independently.
Prerequisites
The session requires a tool already downloaded and reviewed before the videoconference. This prior reading makes it possible to devote the 20 minutes to the structure, the first sections and the points of attention. The client therefore has no documents relating to its particular situation to transmit. Indeed, the session covers the tool itself, and not the analysis of a case.
Frequently asked questions
Which tools can be the subject of guided onboarding?
Guided onboarding covers a tool from the catalogue. The choice is made among references P-01 to P-37 and O-03 to O-09. It may be, for example, a management workbook, a kit, a template or an outline. The client selects the tool that addresses its operational issue. The 20-minute session then covers this specific tool.
Does the firm complete the tool on behalf of the client?
No. The session clarifies the structure of the tool, the first sections and the points of attention. Completing the tool nevertheless remains the client’s responsibility. Likewise, the analysis of the client’s particular situation falls under the consultations in the catalogue. The record of the points of attention then serves as a reference for continuing independently the work begun during the session.
Does interactive assistance accompany the tool?
Depending on the tool, interactive assistance with its use remains accessible for 30 days. It explains in particular the sections and criteria, clarifies what is expected and checks the consistency of the answers. However, the assistance gives no opinion and does not qualify any particular situation. No output it produces constitutes a deliverable of the firm.
Is the amount of the discovery package deductible from a subsequent service?
Yes. The amount is deductible from a consultation, package or subscription taken out within 30 days. The discovery package thus forms a bridge between the use of a tool and a more comprehensive service. Depending on the need, the next step may take the form of an intake form, a thematic consultation or the Essential subscription. The client nevertheless remains the sole decision-maker.
Does the right of withdrawal apply to the download?
The tool is downloaded immediately. The consumer client who requests this immediate performance therefore gives express consent before performance. The client first receives information on the consequences of this choice for the right of withdrawal. The general terms and conditions of sale specify these arrangements, in accordance with Law No. 31-08.
What use of the tool does the licence permit?
The acquisition of the tool confers a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence of use. This licence is limited to the acquirer’s internal needs. However, resale, distribution and making the tool available to third parties are excluded. The integration of the tool into a commercial offering is also excluded. The tool thus remains the property of the firm.
What does the record of the points of attention contain?
The record covers the points of attention addressed during the 20-minute videoconference. It concerns first the structure of the tool, then the first sections completed. It finally flags the sections that call for particular care. This written document thus allows the client to continue the completion after the session. It does not constitute an analysis of the client’s particular situation.
Out of scope
Guided onboarding does not include completing the tool on behalf of the user. It also excludes the analysis of the client’s particular situation, which falls under the consultations. Finally, it includes no drafting of formal instruments. The session is therefore limited to the structure of the tool, the first sections and the points of attention.
