Process

  1. Subscription and opening of the workspace. The subscription begins with sign-up, under special terms. ASKonsult then opens a secure exchange space, which receives the questions and the relevant information.
  2. Monthly volume. Each month, the subscriber has one 45-minute video conference session and two written questions. Each question covers a single topic; the answer is one page at most.
  3. Answers to written questions. ASKonsult answers written questions within five working days. This period runs from receipt of the relevant information for each question.
  4. Access to one tool per quarter. Finally, the subscriber has access to one operational tool per quarter, chosen from the kits, management workbooks, templates and outlines in the catalogue.

Deliverable

The deliverable of the subscription consists of written answers and session records. Each answer addresses a single topic and is one page at most. The records, for their part, document the points examined during the monthly 45-minute session. Written answers are provided within five working days of receipt of the relevant information. These documents are exchanged through the secure exchange space opened upon subscription.

Prerequisites

The subscription first requires the designation of a contact person within the organisation. This person then provides, for each question, the information needed for the answer. The response period runs from receipt of this information. Finally, the subscriber is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Frequently asked questions

How does the subscription process work?

The subscription is based on special terms specific to it. These specify the tier, the commitment period and the terms of renewal and termination. The general terms and conditions of sale also apply to all of the firm’s products. In the event of conflict, the special terms prevail over the general terms and conditions.

Are unused questions carried over?

No. The monthly volume includes one 45-minute session and two written questions. Volumes are fixed monthly quantities. Thus, a question or session not used in a given month is not carried over to the following month. This principle applies to all of the firm’s subscription tiers.

What is the commitment period?

The advisory subscription for micro-enterprises carries an initial commitment of three months. At the end of this period, renewal becomes monthly. The special terms specify the terms of renewal and termination. The Essential tier thus has the shortest commitment in the continuous advisory offer, which comprises five tiers.

Does the subscription include access to the interactive portal?

No. The Essential tier does not include any access to the interactive portal. This access becomes available from the Reference subscription (A-01) upwards. In the Essential tier, ASKonsult therefore conducts the monthly session and answers written questions directly. The subscriber nevertheless has access to one operational tool from the catalogue per quarter.

Which requests fall outside the Essential tier?

The review of documents and the analysis of a documented situation fall under thematic consultations. Topics requiring structured work fall, for their part, under packages. The advisory subscription for micro-enterprises therefore covers day-to-day questions and the checking of courses of action. It also excludes any representation before an authority or a court, as well as the drafting of legal instruments.

Does the information provided remain confidential?

ASKonsult treats as confidential the information provided in support of each question. This information is exchanged only through the secure exchange space and is used solely for the purposes of the subscription. This obligation survives the end of the relationship. Reciprocally, the subscriber undertakes the same discretion with regard to non-public tools and answers.

What follows when needs increase?

When the volume of questions increases, the Reference subscription (A-01) takes over. It includes, in particular, four written questions per month, a half-yearly review and access to the interactive portal. In addition, the consultations in the catalogue address a defined question. Finally, the express formulas offer an initial targeted contact with the firm.

Out of scope

The advisory subscription for micro-enterprises includes neither the review of documents nor the analysis of a documented situation, which fall under thematic consultations. Packages and the interactive portal also remain outside the tier. In addition, the subscription excludes any representation before an authority or a court, as well as the drafting of legal instruments. Finally, unused questions and sessions are not carried over.
